Text messaging program

Program name: Texas Light Crew Customer Updates.

What we send: Texas Light Crew sends text messages about your quote request, estimates and mock-ups, installation and takedown scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, invoices, and replies to your questions. Messages are sent from our business numbers, (979) 436-4278 and (512) 240-9890, through RingCentral and Jobber.

How you opt in: You agree to receive texts from Texas Light Crew by doing any of the following: (1) checking the optional SMS consent box on our online quote request form, which reads: “By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from Texas Light Crew about my quote, scheduling, installation and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”; (2) texting one of our business numbers; or (3) telling our team by phone that you would like text updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

How to opt out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to any message at any time. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, reply START.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: We do not share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
